April 2024 class action settlements In the realm of privacy rights and consumer justice. April 2024 has emerged as a significant period marked by various class action settlements, from tech giants to automotive manufacturers. Several notable companies find themselves entangled in legal proceedings due to alleged privacy violations. Detective products squeeze me, I mean defective, who's the detective here? And antitrust practices. Here's some of the names Verizon, subaru, kia and Hyundai. Just a snapshot of the settlements. Let's dig in.

Number one Verizon's administrative fee settlement. Verizon Wireless finds itself at the heart of a $100 million settlement, accused of imposing undisclosed administrative fees on consumers. If you were a Verizon account holder between January 1st of 2016 and November 8th of 2023, you may be eligible to claim your share before the April 15th 2024 deadline. Go get your monies. Number two Subaru's Accent CVT settlement. Owners and of 2019 to 2020 Subaru Accent vehicles have the opportunity to participate in a class action lawsuit. Settlement Bajingo allegations revolve around defective transmissions leading to hefty repair costs. Cha-ching, act swiftly. The claim is. Submission deadline is April 15th of 2024. Go get your monies. Number three Kia and Hyundai engine failure settlement. Not good, kia steps into the legal arena to address engine defects, haunting certain kia and hyundai vehicles. Owners affected by engine seizures, stalling and fires can seek compensation until april 5th 2024. Get your money.

Number four amc plus privacy violation settlement. Amc faces scrutiny over privacy concerns related to its video streaming services. If utilized AMC plus services between January 18th of 21 and January 10th of 24, you might be entitled to a share of $8.3 million settlement. Hopefully there weren't that many so you can get some extra money. Don't miss the April 9th 2024 claim deadline. Get your money now.
